Is Joy Behar sure that hearing God’s voice means you’re crazy?

It’s beginning to be glaringly apparent that those on the left cannot recognize the absurd double standard that exists in almost everything they say.  On one day, a specific kind of logic applies to one scenario.  Then, the next day, those same people mock the logic that was offered as gospel the day before.

Take for instance the liberal notion that stricter gun laws prevent mass shootings.  If that’s true, then why do the same individuals who demand restrictions on gun ownership also claim that if access to abortion is limited, women looking to terminate a pregnancy will find a way to kill babies in back alleys?

Liberals refute themselves when discussing people, too.  Those on the left will vilify a political figure they disagree with for behavior that one month prior they celebrated in one of their own.

A recent example of this kind of hypocrisy took place on The View, when one of the president’s most vocal critics decided that Mike Pence is “mentally ill.”  It happened during a “hot topics” segment, when a tape of disgruntled ex-Trump White House staffer and former Apprentice star Omarosa Manigault Newman aired dirty laundry in the company of her Celebrity Big Brother competitors.

A supposed lover of Jesus, Omarosa counseled the group:

As bad as you think Trump is, you would be worried about Pence.  Everyone that is wishing for impeachment might want to reconsider their life.  I am Christian, I love Jesus, but [Pence] thinks Jesus tells him to say things.

In the clip, Ms. Newman referred to Pence as “extreme,” which, ironically, is the kind of disciple Scripture demands.

Nevertheless, upon hearing Omarosa’s critical remarks, The View crew, who regularly pan Trump, responded to Omarosa’s fodder like a pack of salivating wolves.

Co-host and self-described “faithful … Catholic” Sunny Hostin expressed negative feelings about Pence because, Hostin said, when the vice president was governor of Indiana, he was a “hated figure” who tended to put a “religious veneer” on things.  No one knows whether Mr. Pence ever claimed to speak in tongues, but that didn’t stop Hostin from pontificating, “I don’t know that I want my vice president, you know, speaking in tongues and having Jesus speak to him.”

Although Hillary Clinton regularly “communed” with Eleanor Roosevelt, the female panel agreed that having a leader who thinks he hears Jesus’s voice is a problem.  Apparently, that consensus didn’t go far enough; Joy Behar had to take things a step farther when she offered up a psychiatric diagnosis based on Pence hearing Jesus’s voice, which Behar said is synonymous with “mental illness.”

The View co-host told the other ladies, “It’s one thing to talk to Jesus.  It’s another thing when Jesus talks to you.  That’s called mental illness if I’m not correct, hearing voices.”

Behar couldn’t leave it at that.  Instead, she continued by making a sarcastic reference to the wisdom Pence exercises concerning male-female relationships in the age of #MeToo.  Joy, who was photographed once grabbing the late Robin Williams’s crotch, continued by asking, “My question is, can he talk to Mary Magdalene without his wife in the room?”

Joy Behar’s remark was not only discriminatory, but perplexing, especially coming from a Muslim apologist.

Why?  Because in November of 2017, after writing the book The Great Gasbag: An A-to-Z Guide to Surviving Trump World, while appearing on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Behar said she penned the survival guide “Because [she was] being told by God to save this country.”

In other words, just three months before calling Mike Pence “mentally ill,” Joy Behar admitted that God spoke to her and that she wrote a book in response to conversation she had with the Almighty.  Behar might not have realized it, but by calling Pence “mentally ill,” she tacitly admitted that her book about the “Great Gasbag” was inspired by a questionable psychological state.

Then again, let’s remember that based on the political expediency of what is said, liberals do tend to vacillate between condemnation and adoration.  Leftist shills like Joy Behar practice political pragmatism at its finest.

Nevertheless, by labeling Pence psychologically unfit, Behar may have talked herself into apolitical corner, especially if The View airs the clip of Oprah’s 60 Minutes Overtime interview on CBS’s This Morning.

In that conversation, Oprah, a woman Joy Behar feels is capable of beating the “Great Gasbag,” is asked by CBS senior producer Ann Silvio if the rumors of a presidential bid are true.  During the sit-down, Oprah revealed that after the Cecil B. de Mille Award speech she gave at the 75th Annual Golden Globe Awards, “wealthy men began calling to tell her to run and that they’d raise $1-billion to help her campaign.”

Winfrey told the curious correspondent, “I think that when you have that many people whose opinions you value coming at you, it’s worthy of thinking about.”

Then the billionaire mogul uttered something Joy Behar needs to think about before reaffirming her desire to have the Big O “run the world.”  Oprah clarified that despite all the offers from affluent men, “[she’s] never looked outside for other people to tell [her] when [she] should be making a move.”

Unsure whether a run for the White House is the direction she should take, Winfrey matter-of-factly asked Silvio, “If God actually wanted me to run, wouldn’t God kind of tell me?”  Then the former talk show host announced, “And I haven’t heard that.”

Not to burst the “Oprah-4-President” bubble, but based on Joy’s assessment of Pence, doesn’t the great black hope for foolproof victory over Donald Trump measure up to Behar’s “mentally ill” yardstick?

With that in mind, Jesus is probably still whispering political directives into the View co-host’s ear.  The dutiful follower that she is, Joy obeys, and “saves this country,” by continuing to embody the liberal mindset, whose inconsistent statements ensure that the “Great Gasbag” and his “mentally ill” vice president will run America for another seven years.

The Secret to Understanding Liberals

Posted at Renew America

Personal perception is everything, especially when it comes to liberals.  Barack Obama is a perfect case in point.  Here you have an individual with minimal qualifications and expertise who thinks so highly of himself, and so little of the American people, that he had the impudence to run for a leadership position that he had no business seeking.

Unfortunately, in American politics as well as in personal relationships, the least qualified are the most driven to control. Those lacking authentic confidence are the braggadocios in the group, reminding everyone how ahead-of-the-pack they are regardless of the topic, circumstance or discussion. That is precisely how someone of Barack Obama’s character made an unbelievable move from a highchair to the Oval Office chair.

Liberals gain power through a finely tuned mix of self-exaltation and subjugation – traits not exclusive to politics. Ordinary self-exalting subjugators are found everywhere. In day-to-day life, you meet them on the street and sit next to them at Thanksgiving dinner. They busily push their self-important weight around in the business world and, to the detriment of America, have recently taken up residence in the White House.

The President is a liberal subjugator. The definition of subjugation is: the act or process of bringing someone or something under one’s control. Rest assured, Barack Obama is a master of subdue-and-conquer.  The way Obama maintains power is to woo detractors to a front-row seat at a speech and then proceed to do what liberals do by nature: castigate, publicly humiliate, and attempt to crush.

Liberals are notorious for corralling the herd, scrambling to the self-erected balcony seat, and standing apart from the ignorant. In the delusional mind of a liberal, self-righteous authority becomes the justification to be an abusive – albeit seemingly empathetic – disciplinarian.

The excuse for targeted abuse? Liberals are charity champions, the self-styled protectors of the downtrodden, self-aggrandizing deliverers of the destitute, and protectors of the neglected.

Think of it – Obama is possessed of a subtle cruelty and displays it on a regular basis.  The Supreme Court justices, Pete Hoekstra and Aaron Schock (R-IL), and most recently deficit whiz kid Paul Ryan (R-WI) were all taken to task by Obama. Like most liberal subjugators, Barack makes no apology for lifting a leg over a situation to mark territory and maintain aggressive control.

As mentioned before,  subjugators aren’t limited to politics; they expand the effort into every venue and toward all the ‘little people,’ regardless of location.  If common folk want a better understanding of Obama’s style, look to the liberals in everyday life and soon the spirit presently governing the nation will be better understood.

Most normal people have experienced the controlling tendency of a liberal.  Always the upbeat friend, initially a liberal will cozy up in a sociable way. Without fail, things quickly devolve and eventually casual banter is peppered with demeaning innuendos, snide remarks, self-exalting commentary, and perfectly placed put-downs. Obama does it from the podium; Uncle Chester does it at the family picnic.

Over the course of any encounter, there’s at least one inappropriate “correction” or hostile outburst to remind the dupes of the superiority of the liberal in charge.  Correction is always coupled with a firm, chiding reminder of who is smarter and more compassionate.  It’s pervasive. It’s endemic to their species. If Liberals aren’t emotionally, spiritually, intellectually, and physically dominating, they’re either under the weather or not an authentic liberal.

For our own good, the left dictates how much of our own money we can keep, what doctor to go to, and which causes are worthy of support. Subjugators take it so far that they even have the temerity to define the boundaries of what others say and do. Liberals are deluded into perceiving themselves as the kindest people on the planet.  However, if the uninformed dare step outside the designated boundary of thought, word or deed, a bona fide liberal will find a way to vilify, mock, deride, and publicly rebuke, and then to drive home a point, a la Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg, proceed to stomp out of the room.

Another deceptive liberal ploy is to feign personal angst for the less fortunate. To prove caring concern, the left heavily publicizes every act of altruism.  Liberals notoriously seek face time on live-aid telethons, weep the loudest at funerals, march in gay parades, adopt African babies, and volunteer for inner city organizations. It is upon that sanctimonious foundation; those on the left are able to rationalize verbal mistreatment and dictator-like attitudes toward those who choose to keep philanthropic outreach private.

Liberal benevolence is fodder for billboards and former recipients of liberal kindness are beholden to express undying gratitude, because liberals expect to be repaid with lifelong worship expressed through mindless votes at election time.  The loving, compassionate liberal will choose downtrodden victims to support and then proceed to make a public display of personal goodness, because helping the weak is more about liberals being lauded than not letting “the right hand know what the left hand is doing.”

America witnesses it yearly in the balcony of the House chambers at the annual State of Union address.  It’s the “Everybody, please look at me I hug people with HIV/AIDS” syndrome.

But ultimately, it’s really about power. If Michelle Obama didn’t drive home her acute concern for the health of children, then the supreme child authority could not point an authoritative finger in America’s face when instituting policy that prohibits parents from sending their own children to school with a peanut butter and fluff sandwich in a non-recyclable lunch bag.

After awhile, from the White House to the backyard greenhouse it’s impossible to deny that liberals believe they know more about things than certified experts in diverse fields. Regardless of the venue or subject, those on the left believe they are wiser, more knowledgeable, more savvy and, above all, able to see the bigger picture. In the liberal mind they can run any type of business and are convinced, on day one, they should be CEO.  Uneducated liberals believe they can academically manage educational institutions, raise other people’s children, and organize low-income communities, after which the natural progression is to  follow Obama’s example and segue into “saving” the nation and then conquering the world.

It’s a simple formula, applicable on both a micro and a macro level. Liberals establish themselves as the world’s benevolent caretakers, authorities on all subjects, and based on an overwhelming need to subjugate attempt to gain superiority through humiliation and chastisement. Then liberals demand the right to dictate based on a perverted sense of moral supremacy, self-enhanced dominance, and an obsessive need to control everyone and everything.

It doesn’t take much experience to figure out that couched within every demagogic comment uttered from the lips of a liberal contains is an underlying message of  judgmental disdain and mocking dismissal.  The propensity is identifiable from Barack Obama to the lady next door with the Hope and Change sign on her lawn. Liberals are predictable and all the same.

The Mensa Monologues – Pajamas Media – February 19, 2010

American playwright, performer, feminist, and activist Eve Ensler wrote and produced the The Vagina Monologues, an ode to the female … well, you know. Recently on The Joy Behar Show, Ensler shared the belief that a country giving fellow female Sarah Palin credibility is “insane.” This opinion comes from a woman whose claim to fame is making reverence to womanly sex organs an international event.

Apparently, genital expert Ensler does not venerate all women equally, because Eve degrades Sarah Palin to a level that would make Andrew Dice Clay proud.

An oddly fetching Ensler took the Behar opportunity to express how shocking it is that someone who believes in creationism, and dismisses global warming, would be taken seriously in politics.

Eve said, “I think the whole idea that [Palin] doesn’t believe in global warming is bizarre.” Eve, wasn’t it you who posed such probative questions as “if you could dress up your vagina, what would it wear?”

Joy responded to Eve’s global warming insights. She interjected with statements like, “Every scientist of any note believes in it, but Sarah Palin does not believe in it.” Neither well-versed woman mentioned “attempts to cover up flawed data … prevent access to climate data; and to keep research from climate skeptics out of the scientific literature.”

Whiz kid Eve Ensler shared earth mother musings that global warming is real because all one has to do iswalk around the world at this point and look at what is happening to nature and earthquakes and tsunamis and weather changes to just feel it.” Behar, who accused Sarah Palin of “playing fast and loose with the facts,” enthusiastically concurred.

Ensler, a sponsor of V-Day, a global initiative to end violence against woman, didn’t miss a beat when given the opportunity to verbally assail Sarah. The woman who wrote, produced, and performed in a Broadway show about female genitalia asked Joy: “Why are we giving her so much attention?” A nasally Behar responded, “I knaoooooow” — putting her in contention to participate in Ensler’s globally celebrated Vulva Choir.

Referring to Palin and the tea parties, Ensler asked the perplexed Joy Behar: “Why is anyone giving attention to people who really have a level of intelligence that really hasn’t evolved yet?” Talk about a media whore lacking self-awareness.

This isn’t the first time hunting adversary Eve Ensler harpooned Sarah Palin like a baby seal.  In her “Drill, Drill, Drill” post on the Huffington Post, the polar bear-loving Ensler shared brainy reasons for opposing a “nightmarish” Sarah. She wrote: “I have a particular thing for polar bears.  Maybe it’s their snowy whiteness or their bigness or the fact that … they live so comfortably on ice. Whatever it is, I need the polar bears.” (Gulp!)

Eve Ensler, a staunch proponent of evolution, also holds Sarah’s creationism views against the Fox News contributor.  According to Eve, Sarah’s lack of mental power can be traced directly to archaic religious convictions. In previous interviews the maven of outlandish “monologues” mentioned doltish Sarah “believes in God,” which choice advocate Ensler claimed is Sarah’s “private right.”

However, Ensler warned that Sarah Palin’s influence in politics threatens “God and guns coming together in the public sector, war declared in God’s name, the rights of women denied in His name, the end of separation of church and state and the undoing of everything America has ever tried to be.”

Ensler believes defending women is part of “one story,” but contends the uber feminine Palin is “antithetical to feminism.” In Ensler’s discriminatory world, the sisterhood parts ways when it comes to “saving the earth, ending racism, empowering women, giving young girls options, opening our minds, deepening tolerance and ending violence and war.” Ensler demonstrated not one of those values when presented with the irresistible opportunity to skewer Sarah Palin.

Ensler opined that Sarah and her “creators” put out “manipulative, distorted and illusory” information. She conveniently skirted pertinent facts when saying Palin does not believe women who are raped or victims of incest “have a right to determine whether they have their rapist’s baby or not.” She failed to mention that “1% of all abortions occur because of rape or incest, 6% for health reasons and 93% for social reasons like inconvenience or being unwanted.”

Behar retorted that Sarah’s rise to fame indicated “fascism” has moved in and that Sarah’s suggestion that Obama take a tougher stance with our nation’s enemies meant the former Alaskan governor believed in “going in and starting more wars.” Talk about conjecture. Ensler concurred but clarified: “I think it’s the whole mentality of being in the NRA, believing in drilling and shooting all those animals from a plane.”

Time and again Ensler mercilessly disparages Palin for killing caribou and wolves, and then vilifies Palin for her committed refusal to take human life.

Mentioning drilling, Behar said, “Drill baby drill … [I]sn’t that how her daughter got in trouble in the first place?”  “Trouble” in this case is defined as giving birth to a baby instead of disposing of it. Laughing along with Behar’s sneering audience, Ensler replied, “I thought it was abstinence myself.” Behar (rolling her eyes) cut in, “Oh yes, abstinence, that really works.” With that, “domestic drilling” specialist Ensler mockingly responded, “Oh, yes abstinence … a very successful technique.”

Emotional creature” Eve Ensler works out deep-seated psychosexual issues on stage, abhorring the well-adjusted Sarah Palin. Palin seems very comfortable in her own skin, something Ensler purportedly encourages. Ensler admitted, “I have been a depressed person most of my life. I was always in the throes of self-hatred.” Which is precisely why Eve Ensler, preacher of female self-acceptance, and resentful women like Joy Behar are so irritated by the ebullient Sarah Palin.
